Speaking Requests

Do you have an interesting topic to share with the Hallsville Optimist Club? If so, we would love to hear from you! Our only requirements are:

May be a topic of interest to the Hallsville Community
Speeches on ballot propositions or amendments, must be politically bi-partisan.
Must not be discriminatory on the basis of race, age, gender, sexual preference, or religious beliefs.
If funding is requested, it must meet the guidelines for funding. See FUNDING
May promote a school or community event in which the general public is invited.
