The Hallsville Optimist Club will be participating in the H.C.D.A. 5th Annual Festival of Trees.
A festive walk through experience featuring holiday themed displays created by organizations, businesses, groups, and individuals. Each display showcases its own unique holiday spirit through trees, lights, and creativity.
